ISGL Eid Announcement: Eid-al-Fitr will be on Friday March 20th, 2026

Assalam-o-Alaikum dear community members,

As per Umm Al-Qura Global Moonsighting Criterion,

First of Shawwal and Eid-al-Fitr will be on Friday March 20th, 2026 .

ISGL Board of Directors wishes you a very Happy Eid-al-Fitr on Friday March 20th and we pray that Allah SWT accepts all of our ibadah and blesses us with His mercy.

We would love to see you all at ISGL on Friday for the prayers and celebrate Eid with coffee/donuts. Three (3) praying sessions will be offered at ISGL on Friday March 20th, 2026:

1st Eid Salah at 7:00 AM : By Br. Sulaiman Sangarie

2nd Eid Salah at 8:00 AM : By Br. Imran Haq Nawaz

3rd Eid Salah at 9:00 AM : By Imam Umar Farooq Mahmood

To avoid high traffic, ISGL recommends to attend 7:00 AM prayer so all of the traffic pressure does not fall on the 8:00 AM & 9:00 AM prayers.

We recommend to use parking spots at ISGL and across the street, next to Hannaford’s for additional parking (use green areas marked in attached parking map).

Please be kind and considerate towards each other and towards our neighbors since this will be a working day and parking might be tight.
