Community Guidelines
To ensure a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone attending the Islamic Society of Greater Lowell, the following community guidelines apply to all visitors and members of the mosque.
ISGL PARKING ENFORCEMENT POLICY
To ensure safe access and smooth traffic flow for all visitors, the Islamic Society of Greater Lowell (ISGL) enforces the following parking rules on mosque property located at 5 Courthouse Ln, Chelmsford, MA.
Authorized Parking
Vehicles must park only in designated parking spaces within the ISGL parking lot.
Parking is not permitted in the following areas:
- Fire lanes
- Driveways or entrances
- Along curbs or traffic lanes
- Grass areas or sidewalks
- Handicap / Accessible parking spaces without a valid permit
- Areas marked No Parking or Reserved
Accessible parking spaces are reserved exclusively for vehicles displaying a valid handicap placard or license plate, in accordance with Massachusetts law.
Improper parking in these areas creates safety hazards, blocks emergency access, and prevents other visitors from safely entering or exiting the property.
Parking Enforcement
Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas may be subject to enforcement measures, which may include:
- Placement of a parking violation warning sticker on the vehicle window
- Notification to the vehicle owner if identifiable
- Towing at the vehicle owner's expense, when necessary to maintain safety or access
Parking violation stickers are applied to the vehicle window glass and serve as a visible notice of the violation.
Responsibility of Vehicle Owners
Visitors are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are parked legally and safely while on ISGL property.
By parking on ISGL property, visitors agree to comply with posted parking rules and community guidelines.
Community Cooperation
ISGL appreciates the cooperation of all community members in maintaining a safe and respectful environment for everyone attending prayers and events.
For questions regarding parking policies, please contact ISGL administration.

- Children must remain with a parent or guardian at all times.
